We had a house fire April 2024. Our insurance told us we could pick our contractors and a company to handle our belongings. We picked ServPro of Whatcom County! One of the best decisions we could have made. They were on site quickly, searched through the ashes of our home to find even the tiniest items. Well, it took 16 months for our home to be repaired. We just had our belongings delivered today (August 19) and yesterday. We were amazed at just how much of our belongings they were able to restore and return to us! Their attention to detail, the care they showed my husband and I after the fire, their professional ethic was above and beyond. The crew is friendly and explained each process to us. Our hot water heater exploded and caused water damage to a bedroom, bathroom and water heater closet. My insurance suggested calling Serv-Pro to assess the damage and repair what needed to be done. Serv-Pro came quickly and assessed water damage, set up their equipment for drying and came back everyday to reassess how the drying was going. Once it was dry, they quickly and efficiently removed all damaged materials. Erica (the lead) kept us up to date on what was happening each day and answered all of our questions.
