After 14+ years as a customer, we were extremely disappointed with how NW Technologies handled a recent support issue. A small QuickBooks problem went unresolved for days, causing downtime for our business, and during the issue we were informed they would no longer support our company.
There was no warning, no transition process, and critical services like server backups were stopped without notice. We later learned the issue itself was a very simple fix.
It then took over a week to regain access to our own passwords and company information. For a long-term client relationship, this was handled in a very unprofessional manner.
Literally the worst vendor I have ever worked with. VOIP solution with performance issues, security issues and downtime. CEO is unresponsive to email. They should not be allowed to do business. I think they made a second page to attempt to distance from bad reviews. I have opened a complaint with yelp.
If you are reading this I hope you will take this advice. Run as far as you can away from NW Technology. When my company was finally tired of them not being responsive to our needs and told them we had found another company for our IT needs they held our information hostage. They tried to steal our domain name. They shut down our emails. They because verbally abusive and hung up the phone on us more than once when called. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
