We had a rough start with scheduling and communication. Our estimate was delayed, and the crew ultimately had to work us in around other jobs, which led to some very late-night tiling to keep the project moving. There was also an issue where some installed flooring was damaged, which required us to use an extra box of flooring we had originally planned to return.
That said, Brandon, the owner, took accountability for the situation and made sure the job was completed. While the project took longer than expected and had some bumps along the way, the final result is very nice. The tile work throughout the inside of our 500 sq. ft. ADU turned out beautifully.
We stopped into Morris Floors today just for advice. Michael Spidell was very helpful and informative and explained things we didn’t understand. If this is an indication of their customer service we would highly recommend.

No Project Too Small! I have LVP flooring in my home installed by another company 5+ years ago. I had a cracked plank needing replaced and Morris Flooring was able to send someone out that very day and replaced it. They did an awesome job and I highly recommend them.
