I am very grateful for Dr. David (Nd) and Jewell Smith (acupuncture). One of my biggest testaments to Dr David is that you can tell he really cares about your healing journey. Some doctors, it seems, only look at your chart a moment or two before you meet with them. Not Dr. David. If you are going through something, if you have a lab or an ER visit - he is checking on his patients charts, doing deep-dive research and corresponding to check in on you. Having someone in your corner when you are at your lowest moments is a crucial support piece of difficulties in health and I have full trust in him to be on my team and an advocate for me and the rest of his patients.

Fine service if you're a healthy young woman following homeopathic trends. Rude and dismissive if you're at all outside of that group.

My wife and I both have gone there for acupuncture, which was good but billing is a big problem. I will not go here again because of this as I have wasted hours for their mistakes, and it still continues. We have been sent "final notice" invoices 2 times threatening to send us to collections without receiving any previous bills. The first time I finally got a hold of their "billing department" (which is sub-contracted out) to find out the notice was an error on their end and it would be taken are of. 2 months later we received another "final notice" and we still had never received a normal bill. Billing department claimed it was because when insurance paid it was over 30 days from the actual visit so it showed as overdue even though a bill was never sent out to us. Upon request of a full ledger for both my wife and my accounts, I found multiple discrepancies from what our insurance EOB (Explanation of Benefits) showed. Instead of owing hundreds of dollars that they claimed, we owed around $50. If they have an office manager, they need to find a new sub-contractor for billing. I am currently looking into reporting them as these issues are on-going and repeated and not a one-time mistake. I wonder how many patients have overpaid without even realizing it.

I would highly recommend Dr David, I felt like I needed to look into my health and Dr Z has been a blessing! My blood pressure was way high at times and I had just tried 3 different medication that did not work, I have had sinus issues and a cough for years, I have pains throughout my body and also have been taking medications for constipation for years… Now I take magnesium to help manage pain, it’s solved my constipation issues, and I don’t have high blood pressure anymore. Dr Z made me herbal drops for my cough that I swallow and that stop me from coughing, I can breathe better and I don’t have the congestion I used to have. We have gone over all my vitamins And how they help. Now with the approval of my family doctor I’m off the other medications and feel like I’m healthier. I will continue to see Dr Z to work on any issues I may have, he’s very easy to talk to ?

Highly recommend Jewell Smith for both massage therapy and acupuncture. I have been going to her for about 4 years now and after finding out that cupping does not work for me (creates more pain), I discovered gua sha to be effective and helpful for when my muscles are at their worst, particularly during a fibromyalgia flare up.I don’t get acupuncture often, but I typically do for when my sinuses are absolutely clogged. And like magic, they open up after a session.

I chose to see Angela London based on her online bio stating that she believes in an individualized approach to the patient's healthcare needs. However, this online bio did not match up to my experience with her. Instead I found I was told what to do and my concerns were disregarded completely. I was quite disappointed by this. I had been receiving care from a different ND doctor for hypothyroid problems, and hormone imbalances for several years. Then, due to insurance changes, I could no longer see that doctor and had to find a new ND doctor. I came to Dr London expecting to have the same experience of being listened to, and tailoring an individualized treatment plan. Unfortunately what I experienced was an approach to testing and treatment of sub-clinical hypothyroidism that was exactly like traditional doctors, and not at all like naturopathic medicine I have experienced. Only TSH and T4 were tested, and when I requested testing of T3 and free T4 as well, I was refused even though I explained my previous provider always monitored that and it was important to me. Reason given was that my TSH "was within normal range" so no further testing needed. Anyone who has sub-clinical hypothyroid issues knows this is not an individualized approach. At this point, I chose to discontinue care with her office due to lack of compatibility with my previous treatment plan. I felt obligated to post this review to help others with thyroid issues who may be looking for a naturopath. I cannot recommend Dr. London for this issue. After this experience, I chose to pay out of pocket to continue care with my previous naturopathic doctor, Dr. Camille Koontz in Bellingham. It's worth every penny. I found Dr. London to be very intelligent and focused, but her philosophy seems to be very traditionally western medicine, not naturopathic, and very controlling with a complete lack of individuality in her approach.
