I would NOT recommend this service to anyone. They are UNRELIABLE: Our first consultation was missed because she forgot, then my initial cleaning was missed because she put the wrong date in her calendar. They are UNORGANIZED: There is no check list for each workers responsibilities; therefore, many things are missed and overlooked. There is no eye for details. They are UNRESPONSIVE: When they didn't show up for my last cleaning, correspondence was not returned when I asked if they were still planning on coming to clean. I have seen the cleaning close up for years and Alicia and her cleaners are so sweet! Very through and the product or great. Because of how wonderful her business is, I have decided to join her team and it's been so fun! I'm so happy!Services: Office & workplace cleaning
