I visited this Ulta Beauty location on Friday, July 31, 2026. I usually prefer to leave positive reviews, but this was one of the most mixed customer-service experiences I have had in a while.

I came to Ulta on my Birthday and bought clip butterfly Karla at the front registry wasn't to friendly when I asked about freebies she reply no we don't do staff like that unless you have a coupon, I tried butterly clip in the bathroom in Ulta store and didn't like how it looked on my hair so I decided to return right away when I did Karla had so much attitude about it next I asked if they hire she reply not at this time and she stated that she is Manager only for the front registries and Manager who is hiring off today I walked away.
