I’ve know Dr. Bloom and Thrive Counseling Center since their beginnings in Federal Way. As a health and wellness coach, I would not hesitate to refer a client to Thrive Counseling Center.
The providers are skilled and passionate about their work with clients. The admin team makes it as easeful as possible to get an appointment and are kind and courteous in doing so!
Their new space (since Federal Way) is comfortable and calming with beautiful soothing colors and feels as if you are in nature / in the trees.
I am grateful for their hard, admirable work in helping kids, people, and families.

Everyone at this counseling center is amazing. My therapist is absolutely fantastic and works with me through everything, from mundane days to my autism diagnosis. The office and billing department are amazingly understanding and willing to work with you, and I've never once felt judged or discouraged here like I have at other centers. I have been trying all week to simply get a call back to get some help determining insurance info etc. Each time I call I’m told nobody is available to speak with me and someone will return my call within 30 minutes. So far, I’ve not received a call back.

Since this review was originally posted things have really started to look up! I received a call from Dr. Bloom concerned about my review. She was very understanding of my frustrations and explained why I hadn’t received a return call.
