Pros: The salon is visually pleasing, the massage chairs are comfortable, the foot tub is lined with a plastic barrier. The massages with manicure and pedicures have always been decent. There’s a few “original” techs that have been there for a while. I’ve been a customer for 10 years off and on, I love gel polish for my toes, my pedicures last a good 3-4 weeks, pedicure and manicure tend to be listed as an average price/more on the pricier side, I haven’t had a bad pedi or manicure, wait times have been minimal, my usual tip is 20% for every service, customer service has never really been and issue for me.Cons: The techs aren’t understaffed, they’re overbooked....read full review
Love the service I receive here. Everyone is very nice and when there is a wait, they always keep me updated on when I will be next. Prices are great and my gel manicures last a long time!
This place is awesome. I live right down the street and decided to try this place out for the first time since living in federal way for almost 5 years. First off the inside of this place is beautiful! The staff is nice and respectful and made sure that I was happy not only during my appointment but before leaving as well. Prices are typical for the area. Very happy to have found my new spot
