Very easy to make an appointment and got in in just a few days. All staff were very friendly, courteous, and professional. Wait time was very minimal. My issues were addressed and a plan going forward was made. Very efficient overall

The daily robo calls to remind me of my appointment starting a week out are quite annoying. The before you get a live person and confirm with them you get another call later that day. How automation is destroying a service that needs to be personal.
