Very happy with the experience. J5 upgraded my old 120 panel to 200 and fixed a few old wiring problems. Ben arrived on time, answered all my questions, and gave me some different options on how he could wire up my new panel. He explained what was wrong during the troubleshooting so I could make an educated decision. Highly recommended.
Highly recommend! Fast response times, pricing was reasonable and the work was great. They didn't cut any corners, even the inspectors were impressed with the work. Definitely surpassed my expectations and would use them again in the future, no question.
If I could give 6 stars I would. Received very competitive quote. Owner Kristy is very nice and professional to work with, it was not a small job, and everything in quote was listed in detail. Ben, who performed the work was amazing. He showed up every day on time, went above and beyond. Our house is over 50 years, and whenever he would come across something not up to code or deemed unsafe, he would explain it to me, and what needed to be done to remedy issue.
