This place has some very shady business practices and the staff is borderline competent. I'm still trying to figure out why they have an answering service or requested my email address as they never return calls or respond to emails.They are quick to take your money but hard pressed to provide quality service. I would not recommend ANYONE to this "business". I continue to get the runaround about my prescription being delivered and since they do have caller ID I know my calls are being ignored. I'm seriously considering legal action. STAY CLEAR PLEASE!! YOU WILL NOT DO WELL GOING WITH THIS OUTFIT!!

First, a few caveats: If you're unsure of your treatment options and/or looking for a high touch experience or a fancy office location, this may not be your preferred provider. They're a very focused operation, and are great for folks who already understand the spectrum of options and are looking for a streamlined TRT treatment plan to put into place quickly or to continue an existing program. I find them responsive over email, prompt for in-person visits, and helpful with travel letters, out-of-town lab draws, and other logistics via phone or email. Has a 3 star rating, there is a definite reason for this. Actually, I believe it should be lower than even one star.So fast to take your money ($2800) for TRT pellet procedure. Took my payment and injected me with 1 cc test. A lab workup had not even been conducted. The clinic doesn't send emails they say they will, no follow up with doctors on blood work that was done later. A doctor (supposedly), told me I would be dialed in, nothing since. I paid back in the middle of August this year. Complained about not feeling effects, no response from doctor.I called the main clinic on 10 Dec at 0915 and spoke to someone, they said they would contact the manager.
