Lule has been so wonderful! We came in for a haircut for my two boys, and Lule helped my youngest son. We came back the next day, due to my son not liking the cut from another sylist (* NOT DUE TO STYLIST ERROR, it was just my son not knowing how to explain what he wanted *) and lule once more helped us correct the cut and did an amazing job making sure my son felt heard, and seen. She let him know that it was OK to let the stylists know he didn't like something, and explained gently that it's their job to make their clients happy. The haircut was fine the lady that did it did not seem very enthusiastic about me coming in, she had an empty place of business and seemed like I had Interrupted her and got me out of the way as fast as humanly possible.
But still a fair haircut
