My computer suddenly went dark with no warning and after reading other reviews and thinking I would have to drive to Tacoma to find help. I gave these folks a call and within minutes they said to bring in for a quick check. But even over the phone they thought it was probably a motherboard failure due to my description of the problem. I brought it right over and after a few bench tests they confirmed that both the power supply and the mother board were faulty. They suggested I start shopping for a new computer. They even suggested Costco due to their extended warranty. When I asked what I owed them they said "No Charge!". It reminded me of a time when customer service was an important way to build loyalty.

Chris and Alice really know there stuff! They are very fair in there prices, services, and products! They have gone out of their way to accommodate my computer needs; I wish I had gone to them first, before buying off of Amazon. It would have saved me a lot of money. I will always have my computer services performed here! Thanks again.
