Had a very simple job swapping a commercial mortis lock. The locksmith arrived and was not only rude but said he couldn't do that work. I have never had a locksmith fail at swapping a mortis lock for me until today. I am a General Contractor and would not recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible experience. Called the number - I asked for a quote on how much to open my car door because the key was locked in. The guy said $20 for someone to come out and he couldn’t give a price. He said they would be there within 20 min and it ended up being 1 hour and 30 min and called 4 different times asking if we were still there and he is on his way. In the end he charged $350 and it took less than 2 min for him to open the door. Do not recommend calling them.
