All of the staff were very friendly and readily answered any questions raised about the therapy I was there to receive. The exercises were explained in a way that I could successfully do them on my own. I had instruction directly with my assigned therapist for the majority of each appointment assuring me that my care was consistent with improvement each week. I would definitely request to return to this facility if I had to return for more or different treatment.
I've cumulatively had about 3 years of physical therapy for one injury which had 2 surgeries. I've had physical therapy in Puyallup and in California. I have to say that Epic Physical Therapy has by far been the best. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the therapist's, especially Dr. Gina Devito are phenomenal at what they do. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!
I was referred to Epic after being involved in a Car accident & injuring my lower back in the process. From Day One, James & the entire staff are very professional, Knowledgeable, Nice & passionate in helping me with Physical Therapy & helping me get back to the way i was pre-accident. I truly appreciate everything that they have done for me & everyone that did so much for me! If you need a place for Physical Therapy to get yourself back on track, This is the place to go!
