Really enjoyed my experience with CR floors. The design team is great in helping coordinate colors & texture for my new kitchen. Installers did a great job and communication was excellent.

I recently ordered Luxury Vinyl Plank through CR Floors. We decided to install ourselves and had a great experience start to finish. The staff at the Federal Way location were all very kind and helpful during the selection process. The warehouse crew had the material ready upon arrival and I was back on the road 15 minutes later. I look forward to working with CR Floors again in the spring when we start phase two of our remodel.

I had read on the website that you could come in without an appointment and look on your own. I did that and then realized I really wanted someone with expertise to help me, so booked a future appointment with the Designer. I have to say, the ability to just go and look without being hounded by someone, was Awesome! When I did meet with the Designer, she helped me find what I wanted and kept me in a budget I was comfortable with. So far, so good! Waiting for my install date.
