The doctor is great and very honest and direct. However, my problem lies with the admin staff. They hardly ever answer the phone and to leave them a message, you NEVER get called back.

Dr. Buenvenida is the best physician i have ever seen. This is a great private practice! I highly recommend Dr. Buenvenida and his staff! Melody is awesome and does so much to hold the office together. They are both extremely knowledgeable, accessible, caring, and friendly. Dr. B. is very competent and courteous and made me feel comfortable each and every visit. Dr. B takes his time with patients and makes sure you fully understand any medical issues/diagnosis or new medications. If your looking for a great primary doctor I highly recommend Dr. B.

It may appear, as the other reviews state, that Dr. B won't get to know you. The truth is that the other reviewers are culturally insensitive and/or lacking in intelligence as Dr. B is respectful per the norms of his culture and thinks very, very, very quickly (thus "fast food")....I have a very complicated neurological condition from a TBI.....several neurologists have been stumped....I've met with Dr. B twice and we are closer now to knowing the exact nature and scope of the problem than a series of doctor's over 15 years have been able to get....Just saying, reviews, maybe even this one, are a dime a dozen....the ones I read which prompted me to post are closer to...read full review
