Did a good job with my eyebrows but my skin broke out afterwards due to the poor hygiene. I don’t think any of the tools are sanitized/cleaned between clients. I saw them being used on a client before me, left on the counter and then were used on me….

I’ve been coming here for awhile and I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but I think I’ve just been really fed up because my lashes don’t last long. One time when I got a fill, there was so much hard glue left on my lashes and I was told it was my make up. I’ve been doing my lashes for years and I really love Theary Academy but switched to this place out of convenience. The staff are nice but honestly, it’s a hit or miss.
