Small funeral home location and no mortuary. This location, which is across from Hong Kong Supermarket and Ace Hardware store, has a very nice funeral receptionist named Dee Jay. I was so impressed with getting casket/coffin price list from home after she kindly printed it out. I wish this location had a mortuary because I live not far from there. I found out that of mortuary services are needed, it would have to be done at Bonnie Watson's SeaTac location, which is larger that the Federal Way location.
Staff was very compassionate and sensitive towards us.
Paperwork and formalities were handled very efficiently. Very kind.
...I hope we'll never need to go back there again! ?
