“After conservative treatment failed to help my spinal cord compression, I saw Dr Ha. I'm an experienced acute care nurse with an insider's view of the local healthcare system. I could easily have gone to Seattle for neurosurgery, but was completely comfortable putting myself in Dr Ha's care. From the first appointment with him I knew that I was in excellent hands. His thorough physical exam and detailed review of my imaging were impressive enough, but he managed to discuss the clinical information with a great deal of humanity and genuine concern for my welfare. Fast forward to surgery, which I knew was needed but was still anxious about. The nurses & other staff in the surgery center were wonderful; again, I knew that I was in good hands and felt extremely well cared for. My pre-op call was extremely informative, the staff on the day of surgery had obviously read my chart and knew what I needed, and my wife was welcomed as an important part of my care team.
