I’ve been under Dr. Duncan’s care for about 6 months now for formerly debilitating injuries in my back and neck. It got bad enough where I couldn’t even do my job and had multiple trips to the ER just to try to control the pain. I’ve broken bones torn muscles, tendons, ligaments during my time as a professional strongman and MMA fighter. The pain I was dealing with when I came in was on a whole different level. All of those injuries put together and then some. I went from being able to lift full sized parked cars to barely lifting the bar and 45lb plates in the gym over the passed few years of dealing with this injury.

My experience here has been amazing and I can't recommend them highly enough. I've been seeing Dr. Duncan for a few weeks now in regards to some lower back pain. He did a great job setting up clear recovery expectations, as well as provided me with a referral for acupuncture. I'm a personal trainer and I'm recommending all my patients visit Vida for their recovery needs.
They were absolutely great with getting me in for an appointment right away. They helped me coordinate my care and get all the amazing benefits they offer!! So kind and understanding while im going through such a really hard time!!
