I actually called Ubreakifix from Cloud Electronics because the owner of Cloud could not calibrate my fingerprint on my phone after replacing my screen. Ubreakifix told me to come by and they would help me troubleshoot what was wrong. When I got to Ubreakifix, Jackson helped me right away and it only took him literally 3 mins to calibrate my fingerprint and have my phone back up and working. I spent over 45 mins at Cloud for the owner to tell me to watch a YouTube video he sent me at home and figure out how to do it myself! I will be back to Ubreakifix...read full review
Fast and super easy! Matt came and replaced my battery and screen and it couldn’t have been easier. Very professional and kept me updated as he approached for the appointment and during the process. Couldn’t ask for better service, I definitely would use this service again.
