Been visiting this eye clinic for 10+ years, and have honestly never had a complaint. The prized jewels, though, are the women who help you order glasses. They are so fun and positive and do their best to let you try on anything and everything you want. They even give recommendations that they think match your vibe, and I have felt well cared for. They gave me compliments and helped me feel confident as I tried new shapes and colors of frames. They also do everything they can to get as much cost covered by insurance as possible. Truly felt like they cared about my confidence and my wallet.
Special thanks to "The Frame Whisperer," Licensed Dispensing Optician Robin Dougherty. She fixed my bent glasses, clarified my benefits, and thanks to Robin's quick work with my frames, I'm on vacation tomorrow with a pair of glasses that do not cause headaches (as my back-up pair is 5 years old. I couldn't find a place either at Optum or The Everett Clinic to recognize Ms. Dougherty's good work, and I hope that her supervisor sees this message. Great service. Went to get my sons lenses replaced, very costly, and they told me they would try and get the warranty to cover it. Saved me lots of money on something I didn’t even know I had on the glasses. Appreciate the honesty and savings, especially around the holidays. Thank you
