The Everett Clinic Physical Therapy

Since the clinic has been taken over by Optum customer service is nonexistent. You cannot schedule an appointment for any procedure without an intake phone call first. This is their clever way of getting more money out of you while you have to wait months to be seen by any of their departments. I was with the Everett Clinic for 60 years but I am done with Optum.

Hands-down, the worst healthcare ever. Absolutely horrible with the communication of never seen a company struggle as much as this one. The doctors are OK but most of the time nothings explained to you and your left to advocate for your healthcare. The only reason I would ever use this clinic is because that's what my insurance company requires. If you can afford it I would highly recommend using other services.

My son was suffering from an ulcer and all he needed was antibiotics to clear it up. Dr. Srilatha Shoroff at Lake Stevens Everett Clinic walk-in could not have been more dismissive and condescending. She refused to treat or test him (what does she think her job is?) and literally told him when he said he was in so much pain that he'd missed almost two weeks of work that "I've had symptoms like this before and I still managed to get up and go to work everyday."
