Honest, awesome customer service and quality installation! Steve the owner and his brother Lee the installer are both fantastic and some of the best in the business I have ever come across. Bought a whole complete system from them and had an issue with my head unit. They did what they could to fix it but a few months later there were still issues so Steve willingly agreed to replace the head unit and all I did was pay for the difference in the price of the head unit, no installation charges no uninstallation charges! So I'm an old dude who likes his stereo systems that have some kick to them, I came up in the 80s when stereos started to become a real thing. I've had all kinds of the Blaupunkt, pioneer , Kenwood, Sony , JVC, Jensen I've had them all. Alpine is my favorite. So I got a new vehicle and it was time for the stereo so I started shopping around and of course I went to car toys and I've actually had them do for for me a couple times or the years and NEVER been impressed with anything they do, personally I always know more about what I'm looking to buy than any of their sales staff.
