I had a good experience the first three times I went to this clinic, but on the 4th visit, the massage was provided by a dude, so I didn’t enjoy it very much, and I stopped going after that.

Great massage provider for what it is. Majority of their marketing is from offering approximately $50 1 hour massages on Groupon, which takes a 25% commission so they are netting about $40 an hour before overhead. It's impossible to make a profit at $40 an hour, so they try the following tactics:

1. They claim something is wrong with the Groupon (expired, 'can't use it the same day you purchase it', no Groupons on the weekend, etc).
2. They really push add-ons, that in my experience aren't worth it.
3. Mandatory $20+ tipping.
4. Shaving 5-10 minutes off the agreed upon time.

I came here on Saturday and had a great experience. They had no issues accepting my Groupon on the weekend and were able to get me in very quickly. I was offered hot stones and cupping, accepted the hot stones for an extra 10 and was so happy I did, it was amazing. The massage therapist did an excellent job, I have had multiple orthopedic surgeries and she really worked my muscles I felt so relaxed afterwards. The massage therapist had relaxing music already playing and would check in with me every now and then to make sure the pressure was okay.
