It started out as usual until I started to talk to the person in charge. She was the best!!! She helped me out with my first time laundry experience to the very last detail. I will be going back every Tuesday.

Staff is wonderful and friendly. I have seen staff jump in to make a suggestion (a smaller washer to someone new to using a laundromat) , which saved the customer money. They are always sweeping or tasking in some way (if not on break). They say hi and are bilingual (Spanish).The mat feels safe and remains clean all day, despite an unfavorable location with a lot of transients frequently on 128th.They have discounts in the mornings, free detergent a few times a week, free washers once a month and are FasCard/app enabled. They are very reasonably priced, one of the best in Everett.

1rst time visiting this laundromat. The place was very clean and tidy! Vanessa works here and was very helpful in every way. She showed me which washer worked best for the amount of laundry that I had. On top of all of that, I came early enough to get discount laundry wash and dry rates! The free coffee was definitely a huge plus as well!!? I highly recommend this one!!!!!
