This place is wonderful. I hadn’t used a laundromat in over 25 yrs, I had no idea what to do or how to do it. Vanessa, the attendant is fantastic- there to.help and assist me in washer and dryer usage. Vanessa is there watching and assisting, interacting with the customers. The first time you walk in as a customer and you leave as a friend. I would recommend this Everett location to anyone who needs a clean and well maintained laundromat. Thank you!
Clean new machines friendly attendant. You can use cash or buy one of their cards with your credit card. I washed a huge blanket, sheets, a small rug and a few other things in one of their big washers for $10.
Dryers are only 2 options. Super big one $4 for 25 minutes (which dried my blanket etc fine). The other option is $3 (so no options to dry for less minutes).
They have lower prices in the mornings as shown on pics.
Staff is wonderful and friendly. I have seen staff jump in to make a suggestion (a smaller washer to someone new to using a laundromat) , which saved the customer money. They are always sweeping or tasking in some way (if not on break). They always say hello/acknowledge you and some are bilingual (Spanish).
The mat feels safe and remains clean all day, despite an unfavorable location with a lot of transients frequenting on 128th. It is next to a mellow crowd bar, restaurants and corner store/smoke shop in the same plaza. Parking can be tight in the plaza.
