I had to take a loved one to this clinic during their mental crisis. This service was a lifesaver. They spent quality time with my loved one talking to them, understanding their situation and helping them get the help they need- thank you for providing the service, Providence. Front desk staff not terribly caring as others have shared.

The care itself was great, but the front desk woman didn’t attach my insurance to the visit and I received a bill to pay out of pocket. Also, like others have said, the faster you fill out the paperwork, the sooner you’ll be seen. I felt guilty being seen sooner than the other patient who had been there before me, who was clearly in psychiatric distress. Their billing line is continually 40 people in line whenever I call. I’m still trying to fix the problem. Such a nice surprise for a visit for extreme anxiety.
