I will start by saying, l am not a gym type person. But I felt welcomed to this gym. The staff are fun and personable. The gym is always clean, even though they are going through a remodel.

Wesley did an amazing job and focused on the areas I needed work on and recommend certain stretches to help improve which I greatly appreciated. The place was nice with relaxing vibes. It's above a gymnastics gym so sometimes you can hear noise of people down there even with the relaxing music in the background. I guess stay away from evenings when they have class if you don't want the extra noise. Overall, I left very satisfied.

I got a great massage today from Wesley. It was the best one I've had here in WA. This place is in an office/light industry section of town near Boeing you would never see it if you weren't looking. The place is clean but not cold and clinical and not too “far out” either. I have scoliosis so my spine is twisted and my muscles are in knots. Wesley got all the knots out and I feel great! I used a Groupon but of course tipped on the regular price which was very reasonable. I already booked another one and Wesley said I could get the second massage at the discount price too. I'm going to start taking better care of myself and a monthly massage is a great place to start.
