I hired Permadry back in 2015 to design and install a drain system in my basement. Our home has a problem with underground water flowing down from Somerset through our yard towards Coal Creek. After several years, two pipes became clogged with ivy roots seeking moisture in the dry months of the year. So we called Permadry to come over to clear the drains with water jetting. The man who arrived to the job was named Aspen, and he spend over 4 1/2 hours working on clearing the pipes and scoping them with a camera snake to make sure the lines were clear. Perma Dry has been servicing our sump pump for years. We recently had what I thought was an issue with our sump pump. Ryan immediately recognized the issue and worked on making a fix that allowed this to drain properly. Ryan worked through the evening and I really appreciated his dedication and adaptability to solve the issue to no fault of the original design. They stand behind their warranty and their service has continued to be a shining example of how a company stands behind their warranty.

This is a strong company as evidenced by the other reviews here. We have had a pretty good experience working with them. I had to take out 2 stars as we are still finishing up the project, and did run into issues which is why i didn't give them a full 4 star just yet. I'll have to update my review once the project is complete to rate them completely. This is just our experience and i wanted to share as yelp reviews have always helped me get a better picture of a business and what to expect. We had recently bought a house and in Dec/January found water leaking into our finished basement guest bedroom - soaking up the carpet. Pulling back the carpet ourselves... read full review
