Trying to get through to the receptionist is extremely difficult, but the physician is phenomenal!!My daughter suffered from warts on her hands the last year and they got so big and noticeable that the end of her first grade year she was getting teased and treated horribly. I took her to the pediatrician numerous times and the liquid nitrogen was just torture with no positive results. I decided to go see a dermatologist. He gave me many different treatment options and allowed me to decide which course I wanted to try. Dr. Wu and her MAs are always so nice and helpful. She gives great advice and tries to find samples for expensive medications so we can know if they work before spending all that money.

I have seen my share of dermatologists in the past 30 years, and Dr. Ein Song is the best. In addition to being an excellent surgeon, he communicates with me as an adult. All the NSD support staff are efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.
