I had an excellent experience with my new technician, Brian, this morning. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and wanted to be sure I was satisfied before leaving. I was surprised he didn’t need any direction even though it was his first time here. He handled everything very professionally. Really appreciated his thoroughness. I recommend this company.
I’ve been dealing with a carpet beetle issue for almost a year now it started in a different state and unfortunately I have cats and they seem to have moved with us. This whole situation has been very frustrating and it seems like most Companies don’t even have a clue how to get rid of or treat them and a lot of companies. Don’t even use the right products. Devan took the time To explain to me how this company treats them and even when as far as to let me know that he has a few other clients that are also dealing with them so he is experienced with them and will do his best to help me get this under control. Levi did a great and thorough job of making sure any issues are cleared up and to make sure there are no problems around the home. Great customer service and great at his job not afraid to get in there an do whatever is required to get the job done. Thanks Levi
