I dropped off 2 rugs and paid $200. When I picked them up they were still visibly covered with dirt and dog hair. They said they had cleaned them with steam and told me to use a lint roller for the dog hair.

I paid $200 for 2 rugs to be cleaned. When I picked them up they were as visibly dirty as when I dropped them off. They said they had steam cleaned them and told me to use a lint roller to clean off the dirt.I suggest you don't pay up front.

I was pleased with their service. I brought in 19 pieces, almost entirely comprised of my husbands work shirts. I prepaid to get the discount. They were ready 3 days later. They have 15min dedicated parking right in front of the store front. I'll be back.
