After having a very bad experience last Summer with a Home Depot Pro contractor who took a deposit and never did the work, I was very sensitive to hiring another contractor this Spring. Because of the money I lost, I had to scale back the work from deck and porch replacement to deck and porch repair/refurbish. This type of work requires good communication with the contractor to identify exactly what needs repair and what doesn't. Unlike most contractors, Dmitry was reliable and was always on time. He was prompt and did a great job painting and putting in tiles in our bathroom. I would definitely hire him again would recommend to family and friends.
