I dropped a family member off to pick up their vehicle there . they seem to be pretty happy with the results of these guys as they were able to replace a windshield with computers in it on their fancy new EV car. They must have had a real good price as well.

An absolute pleasure to do business with! I took my collector vehicle out for a cruise for the first time this year yesterday. Unfortunately, I had a rock hit the windshield at 2pm. I found Genuine on yelp and they happened to be close by and I thought I would call to see if they could get it in for a repair. I was fearful that the crack would spread and permanently damage the windshield. The young lady on the phone went above and beyond - squeezing me in at 3:30. Mariah made the claim process absolutely seamless. She went on a group call with my insurance company so we were all there and can complete it in one easy step. Because my truck is so new, she coordinated with the local dealership to have my windshield replaced remotely there so they could recalibrate the sensors and cameras. Absolutely top notch customer service in a time when it is severely lacking in other companies. Mariah is an absolute asset to Genuine Auto Glass and they have earned a lifelong customer because of it.
