This company placed a collection on my credit regarding an apartment complex I never lived at nor signed a lease for. I contacted them trying to get some information to see if it was a mix up or legit fraud and their agents are very rude and unprofessional. They even hung up. I asked for an itemized statement for the charges they have refused to send that. I had to send letter just to get them to send me a copy of the lease. I’ve been trying to speak to a manager. A manager is never available. Racquel is very rude. I don’t understand how you want people to contact you to pay off a debt. If you guys can’t even bother to answer the phone on top of nobody knows the manager’s schedule apparently there’s nobody higher up that I can talk to you except for Raquel this receptionist I can’t even speak to a debt collector apparently so with that being said, Genesis sucks, and the reviews on here are completely true waste of time, bad attitude, and most of all not helpfulI
They are so fast to ask for money up front when you tell them can you make arrangements till you get paid! They said no it’s all ready the end of the month! Then ask is it okay to write a letter stating I m making payments that said no cause people on the pass messed it up for other people due to not making payments!! That’s not my problem as a single parent trying to make ends meet l!! These people are the worst
