After a car accident I injured my shoulder and rotator cuff and needed surgery to get well. My decision was to go to Everett Spine and Rehab with Dr. Gill chiropractic doctor and Dr. Charlene Sapida physical therapist. Thank you for the excellent treatment given to me. It was not only the treatment but also the kindness and joy ministered to my spirit and it helped me emotionally as well. It was a blessing for me to have worked with their professionalism, friendly nature, and useful advice. I have no doubt my shoulder and spine have improved. I honestly recommend both doctors and the staff members provide a good work environment. EDITED TO ADD: Then the owner, Gill, tried to turn it around and say it was my fault. After he apologized at least THREE TIMES on my voicemail. Apologies are great, but they don't change the experience I had and my review is 100% accurate. I'm posting screenshots of the voicemail below. They called TEN MINUTES prior to my appointment to tell me they don't take my insurance after all. I had made the appointment WEEKS AGO, so they had plenty of time to call me, also robbing me of time I could have used to find another provider. I wouldn't put my care in their hands after this gross negligence.
I’m 56 years old and very active, my physicians have been impressed with my health, blood work etc., but, two weeks ago I overdid myself recently and neglected a minor but, very painful back injury from 7 years ago. I went to see my favorite and trustworthy people at Everett Spine and Rehab and am healing rapidly. The chiropractors here are excellent listeners, have an immense amount of skill and knowledge and still stay humble. I’m forever grateful for going to them for my health. Here’s to walking and hiking big, strong dogs until we’re 90.
