I've been seeing (pun!) Dr. Kahsai for a couple of years now for my eyesight. When I first came in, things were really bad for my eyes. I had been to two other eye doctors who had missed the problem in my eye and had given me prescription glasses that were waaaaaay off, just really wrong. The staff was welcoming and very efficient. Especially when I called later in the day and asked them to electronically send my glasses Rx to me. That task was completed in less than 5 minutes. Dr. Schrader was on time, very polite, and listened to my concerns and questions with patience. I recommend this optometry practice for eye care and other essentials.

I cannot say enough good things about Everett Optometry Clinic. I've been going to Dr. Rachel Spillane for two years and have nothing but good things to say about her and her staff. Having a condition that can affect my eyesight, I visit the clinic twice a year. The technology used by the clinic is advanced and Dr. Spillane takes the time to explain the results, showing me the output of the tests. The technicians are kind and patient, and I have found the front desk staff very conscientious. One took the time to call me back when she had found she gave me incorrect information about an upcoming appointment. I am very glad to have found this eye clinic.
