They were fast at responding back which is very unusual these day. I talked to Delores who very helpful and knowledgeable. She was so very understanding with my situation because my tenant who was not cooperating with me at all. When I was able to get into the house I was blessed to have the technician named Todd arrive. He had been an exterminator for over 20 years. Oh boy does he know his stuff. He was able to locate where the bed bugs were coming from and made recommendations. This is only my 1st treatment but I am confident that with his expertise there will be no problem getting rid of them. Not only are they good but there prices are cheaper then there competitors.
