Banya has such a happy and welcoming atmosphere. We love coming here to relax and feel fully rejuvenated. We love the cycle of steam room, cold plunge, dry sauna, cold plunge, repeat. Our skin is clearer, our athletic endurance is increased, and our nervous system feels fully reset. Would highly recommend!
Banya is my fave! It has helped in fighting against inflammation, digestive issues, insomnia and is a great escape for a mom trying to just breathe for a few hours. The massage is the best I’ve had in snohomish county, deep tissue and therapeutic. The food is super authentic in itself. Home made and clearly a lot of love and care put into every plate. You are treated like family and welcomed in no matter what your experience level with Banya. I loved the ladies nights and I cannot wait until the next one!
