Welcoming, kind, caring, supportive and friendly. I have been looking for a way to get into shape after experiencing some health issues. A friend recommended Cascade Jiu Jitsu to me. I stopped by and was immediately welcomed in by a diverse, enthusiastic and friendly group of people including the instructor Mohammed. They even lent me Gi. A seasoned fellow student introduced himself and invited me to work with him. He was patient and eager to teach. After class I met with Professor Andrew who was instructive and supportive. I am a blackbelt academy owner myself, and when I need to supplement my training outside of my own academy, Cascade Jiu-jitsu is where I go. Excellent facilities and instruction, and always a few black belts and lots of upper belts on the mats.

I came to an open mat the past weekend, and plan to return for more in the future! Coach Andrew was very welcoming, and all of his guys are very technical. I had some great rolls, and it was well worth the drive.
