Had a rocker switch go out on a piece of restaurant equipment (exhaust hood) and tried every electrical and appliance repair outlet around and no one carried the part. Googled Captive Aire and found a location in Everett. Person who answered the phone was able to identify the part and shipped overnight. Less than 24 hours had the problem repaired. Great customer service.
