Great service and fair prices. If you want a good refurbished appliance, he's your guy. I have used Rich for several years for my rental property. He is a person you can trust to fix appliances or deliver, install, and take away appliances at a very fair price. He is a one man shop, so call before going. He also has coin operated washers in shop and repairs them if needed for rentals.Services: Dryer repair

The best prices and reliability for namebrand refurbished appliances in Everett and beyond. My washer & dryer have operated flawlessly for nearly ten years...at a fraction of the price of new.

On New Year's Eve we decided to fix our dryer, which lost its heating ability a few days prior. Many places weren't open or were closing early. I located the part we needed at a local, well-known, multi-location appliance store. The problem was, it cost $40 more than I could find it online. Still, they were the only ones that seemed to have it.However, I made a few more calls and finally found Budget Appliance. The man who answered the phone took down the part number, my name and number, and said he would call back. Not that I am jaded and cynical, but I am jaded and cynical. I thought, "Yeah, sure, he'll call back. He probably wanted to go home early on New Year's Eve and will leave it for another day. But lo and behold, about ten minutes later he called back to let me know he had the part--for $40 less than the "big guy." We were already pulling out of the driveway, so we told him we would be there in just a few minutes. When my husband arrived, the man who works there tested the heating element to make sure it was dead (even though we had already done it at home). I appreciate that he was thorough--even removing a part from the old element and putting it on the new one. When we got home, my husband said he was impressed that the man also used an analog multimeter (which we also have at home). Just good, old-fashioned service--the old school way--with fair prices and thorough service.I'm also grateful that he was open on New Year's Eve and waited for us to pick up the part before I'm sure he closed for the night. Highly recommend! Please check them out for your appliance (or appliance repair) needs!
