My son has been going here for about a month and a half and we absolutely love it. Mr. Jay is incredible! Kind, patient and disciplined. My son is only 4 years old and I already see such a difference in him. His confidence has skyrocketed. I also am blown away by the older kids and leaders who make my son feel seen and accepted, especially Mr Kenny and Mr Rajul. I really don’t have enough good words to say about this place.

Mr. Banghart is the best instructer you could give your kids and yourself. His passion for martial arts shines through everything he does. He makes sure to give each student 100% no matter the class size. His kindness is rare in this day and age, you can tell that this is more than a job to him. i'd reccomend this school if you want to not only grow skills in defense but also in discipline and compassion.

I started going here back when I was very young around ages 7 to 9, it’s a great place to learn self defense and self respect, I had came here on and off over the years and it’s the only martial arts place I would go to because there was a connection the instructor would make with the people I feel like is a very rare find today, a sense of community even if you only go a couple of days. If you want a place that is good with children this is the perfect place to go to
