Absolutely Outstanding Experience with Attic Projects – Highly Recommend! I recently hired Attic Projects to clean out the attic of my business, Wag'n Tails, in Coronado. After nearly 30 years of accumulated debris, dirt, dust, and construction leftovers, our attic was in dire need of a complete overhaul. On top of that, we had no insulation, with so many gaps and holes throughout the store that there was essentially zero barrier between our usable space and the attic. Preparing for a solar installation, we needed proper insulation and an airtight seal to keep cooling costs down and reduce the cost of our solar equipment purchase. From start to finish, Attic Projects exceeded all my expectations. The project spanned three days and involved two separate teams. Let me tell you, these guys were nothing short of amazing! Estimate - Kevin was the first person to visit my store. He was very knowledgeable. He answered every question I threw at him, which was a lot! Kevin really impressed me with his level of integrity and commitment to customers overall satisfaction. Never once did he try to push me to add on extras I didn’t need. He made logical upgrade suggestions and left it at that. A pushy salesperson is the quickest way to end my relationship with a company because in that situation the customer suffers one way or another every single time and the businesses’ reputation ends up tarnished. A true salesman first listens to the customer’s concerns, inspects the problem, and recommends products/services that provides the best solution, not what makes the bill the highest. Kevin IS a true salesman. In fact, I originally requested a product that was more expensive which would have been more money for Attic Projects, but Kevin explained the product I wanted wasn’t the right fit for this job and why. Once the estimate was done Kevin could’ve just passed me off to the install team. Instead, he showed up on day one to make sure everyone knew my expectations and that everything started off well. He even offered to buy me breakfast. Once the team was going Kevin headed off to his next assignment, but he checked in on me every night and was my point of contact throughout the process. Never once did he let me down. Team 1 – Corey, Kevin, Victor, and Nikko arrived on the first day and immediately got to work. They were professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They didn’t waste a single moment. Watching them clear out years of accumulated junk with such precision and care was impressive. Each of them brought a level of expertise that made me feel confident from the start. They were meticulous in ensuring everything was done to perfection, while making sure nothing was overlooked. They worked tirelessly, making what seemed like an overwhelming task look easy. On the second and third days, Team 2 – Tiger, Frankie, and Sergio took over. These two were just as phenomenal. Out of everyone I interacted with, Tiger really wowed me. You can tell when a team has good leadership simply by the actions of their teammates. Tiger faced a couple of unexpected challenges that many contractors would either lie about, ignore, or try to bullcrap their way through. Tiger did exactly what should be done. He immediately informed me, found a resolution, informed me again, got the problem solved, and even doublechecked the issue was resolved. He gave his team a plan the moment they arrived, made sure they had the tools to execute, and guided them along the way. During my time in the military one of my jobs as a leader was to develop the junior Sailors under me to become the leaders of the future. I regularly coached them on the importance of putting your team first, treating them with respect, and having pride in the work you do. Tiger is a perfect example of exactly that. This man was literally jogging as he moved back and forth between the truck and the attic because our schedule had become compacted. Tiger left such an impression on me that I personally reached out to Mark the Branch Manager and told him Tiger'
