The first towing company that actually answered the phone instead of going to voice mail. Our truck and trailer were stranded on the I-5 near Everett. John patiently looked for our location as I was giving him landmarks that I saw. He quickly dispatched two tow trucks, one for our truck and one for the trailer. John was friendly, calm and professional. He made a very stressful situation manageable.

Besides having a super big bill from some assshole towing my car for no reason at a friend's appartment complex, and the fact that the bill seemed excessive, the man that helped me when I came to pick up my car was super nice, also my car is all wheel drive and there are some tow companies that don't care about bringing a flat bed to move the car but he did. Overall even though im.not happy about the bill and inconvenience, they are just doing there job and it was a positive experience forsure ?also my daughter loved the employees dog?

My 2019 Tacoma just seized up after going through a car wash. Clearly it was a drive train problem. Tom at All Day Towing came to take me to the repair shop that last worked on my drive train. He said he wanted to try two things first... the first of which worked. All Day Towing lost one paying customer today but won a great thanks and a fan forever.
