One thing about Abbey is that they do not make you feel rushed in any way, either with the buying or the actual installation process. This was important for me because I had never embarked on such a big project alone.
I do wish I had been warned about the potential blowing of concrete dust using fans in order to dry the cement placed to level the floor. I have no experience with tile laying procedures and my Audio/Visual Equipment was covered with a thick residue. That being said, I talked to the specialist, Tony, and he cleaned it off for me. We recently had our carpet replaced by these guys and they were amazing! We worked with Crystal who was a rock star and helped us find right carpet for our specific need and was able to fit us in our tight schedule. The installers were great as well and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend these guys for your carpet or flooring needs!
