Worst communication ever. I only wanted my AC fixed. Of course they found other things that needed attention. $2000 worth of "fluids" that needed refilling. Then they supposedly fixed AC unit, for another $1900, but when I got it back it was still pumping out hot air. So I take it in again and now they say it needs a new thermostat for $1300. This is a $175 part so he says the rest is "labor". I'm very disappointed in what I thought was a good company here in my small town. They are certainly making so much money on the mark up and labor. I paid almost $4000 and I still have no AC and my check engine light is still on. What a complete RACKET.... read full review

We drove from the Olympic Peninsula after arranging an appointment with Morgan. He was not pushy, showing us several cars and answering our questions. After we decided on our new car, he rapidly handled the paperwork and sent us to Bart to finish up. We said we weren't interested in extended warranties, financing or undercoating. Happily for us, he didn't try to convince us, just had us sign necessary papers. We were in and out under two hours. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience.
