This review is for their boarding services. It is the only place that I can find that boards cats. We have used them several times now. So far they have all came back healthy. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have always talked about how the cats behaved during their stay. Cat boarding is about $30 per cat per day.

Calling the American Veterinarians Association. This place is money hungry. GREEDY. EVERY TIME YOU TURN AROUND MORE MONEY. I have reported them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called ahead of time asking for humane euthanization cause he was slowly dying and we didn't want him to suffer anymore. Got there waited 10 minutes in the lobby. He ended up dying alone in a dark room because they kept hounding me to sign paperwork in the lobby instead of bringing it to the room. Then as I was saying my last goodbyes I didn't even get 10 minutes with him and they kept saying they were going to charge me for an emergency visit if I didn't leave. I feel utterly disgusted, disrespected, and feel like they have never owned pets a day in their lives. Its unfortunate they are the only er vet in ellensburg. Not like they serve to anyone but their people anyways.

Dr. Coates and Megan saw Sunny (The Bull Terrier I am fostering) today for a wellness check and some vaccines. They were both extremely professional, kind, and did an amazing job of helping Sunny feel comfortable. She was abandoned before I started fostering her, so she is very shy of a lot of people. But they went above and beyond to help her feel at ease. All the employees are super friendly and you can tell they love what they do. There is a very warm vibe at Valley Vet Hospital. Your pets are in good hands here 🙂 Thanks for taking such great care of Sunny

Wanna start by saying I've been a client for almost 5 years and have spent over $2000 in that time. Might not be a lot to some people but it's all been on the same dog and he's my everything and it's a lot of money to me. Anyways, took my dog for a walk a couple days ago and he had some kind of episode and was tripping over his feet and having a hard time walking. He was dizzy and couldn't walk back to the car. Since he's only 5 years old and a very active and energetic dog I was completely shook and immediately terrified. Stopped a gentleman jogging by and he was kind enough to help me get my dog back to my car. Drove straight to valley vet and ran inside visibly upset. Was told since it was 3:45 it would be considered an after hours appointment and would start at $400 plus charges for anything they did for him. Didn't look up my history to check out what I've spent or even who I was nor would they even look at my dog unless I had at least $400. This place doesn't care at all about your pets. It's all about the money and it makes me sick to my stomach. Will not be giving this place another dime and will find a different vet to care for my dog.
